No, Omarto definitely does not sell any duplicate/ fake /counterfeit products. If the second hand product is there, we are mentioning it as refurbished.

The size of item you chose may vary from that of item you received. Because we convert the size standard on the label of item to the version you are familiar with on the website. Therefore you will still receive the correct size.

Once your order has been placed and payment authorization has been received, the Omarto inventory team confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the inventory team receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. Shipping fee completely depends on the destination and the order amount. It shows you when before payment option real time.

It takes 3 – 5 business days to deliver the order within Muscat and 5-7 outside Muscat. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.
In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Omarto reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.
